What the sign-up form collects

When you submit the “Tell me when it’s live” form we store:

• Your email address (required)
• Your name, if you provide one (optional)
• The page you submitted from, campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), the referring website, and your browser user-agent string
• The date and time of submission

We use this only to let you know when the full site launches, to reply to you, and to understand which channels bring people here. We do not sell or share it with third parties for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure traffic and understand how pages are used. These services set cookies and similar identifiers, and may record aggregated or anonymised interaction data such as page views, approximate location, device and browser type. We do not use them to identify you personally.

You can block these with your browser settings, a tracking blocker, or Google’s opt-out add-on. Blocking them does not affect the sign-up form.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are stored in our managed database, accessible only to Bangballas Studio through server-side code. Notification and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. We keep sign-up records until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer needed.

Requesting deletion or a copy

Email info@bangballas.com with the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your details or send you a copy. We’ll action it within 30 days — no explanation needed.
